In 2010 The London Season visited Delhi and Jaipur. In Delhi, we were welcomed by Lady Stagg, wife of Sir Richard Stagg, the British Ambassador who kindly received us at the stunning British High Commission at the beginning of our journey. We then flew to Jaipur staying at the former home of the Maharaja of Jaipur, the fabulous Rambagh Palace. The charming Director of the City Palace organised a fabulous private tour of the palace which is now the private home of the Maharaja, followed by tea. Later, we were entertained by the chairman of the Gem Palace amongst the fabled jewels of the maharanis and were also given an amazing private banquet at his beautiful family home. Our visit to the Amber Fort was by elephant - an amazing ending to an unforgettable visit.
